Privacy
This toolkit is operated by Jupiter Solutions for its authorised sales users. Contact info@jupitersolutionsgroup.com about the data used by this service.
Business and card setup
Google business details are retrieved for the current screen. Only the Google Place ID is saved from Places responses. Jupiter stores business identifiers, redirect links, card UIDs, programming status, timestamps, CRM sync status and an operational audit trail.
HubSpot receives the Jupiter business ID, Google Place ID and Jupiter review redirect URL. Names, addresses, contact details and review counts returned by the Places API are not copied to HubSpot or the toolkit database.
Sales and customer visits
The toolkit records new purchases, package quantities, discounts and reasons, payment references, supplied card UIDs and outstanding delivery. Stripe handles card payment details; the toolkit does not store full card numbers or security codes.
Independently supplied customer details can include billing business, address, contact name, email and phone, future interests and visit notes. These details are separate from Google Places data. HubSpot receives the relevant Company, Contact, purchase or prospecting Deal, visit and follow-up records. Stripe receives billing/contact details when requested documents are prepared.
Customers can decline documents and provide an optional follow-up email separately. The toolkit requests document emails only when documents have been requested. Customer records are not stored in browser storage or an offline queue. Contact Jupiter about access to, or correction of, customer information.
When the simplified iPhone journey is enabled, programming and handover quantities are recorded as operator reported, without a card UID or NFC readback. Cash purchases stay on the operator's paper ledger; only independently supplied customer details and consent go to HubSpot. A supplied email receives a registration/setup invitation through the existing email service, separately from optional marketing consent. Customers complete registration and business-needs forms directly in HubSpot. The toolkit does not read their submissions. Previously imported maps are retained for recovery, but map importing, pages and matching are no longer available.
Sign-in
Google sign-in identifies approved sales users. The owner manages the allowed email addresses in the toolkit. The toolkit stores these addresses, user accounts, expiring sessions and access-change audit records. Removing access blocks subsequent toolkit requests without deleting existing sales or visits. Session cookies are necessary for access. Google access and refresh tokens are not retained after sign-in.

The public Jupiter link redirects to Google’s review service. Jupiter records the link identifier, time and redirect outcome for 30 days. Its redirect events do not contain customer names, IP addresses, browser fingerprints or review content. Cloudflare hosts the service and may process network information to operate and protect it.
Google controls its review pages. See Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
